The “you” that goes in one side of the meditation experience is not the same “you” that comes out the other side. Meditation heals the mind just as Yoga heals the body. Sharon began her path to mindful meditation almost 18 years ago while living and working in Toronto. After a life change that brought her to Huntsville she chose to fulfill her heart’s desire to practice and teach meditation. Having completed her Certification in Vipassana (mindful) Meditation she is honoured to share this wonderful journey with all of you.
